Based in Cheshunt Hertfordshire, we teach and train all ages starting from year 1
to 11 and
right up to adult teams. ASCO offers quality coaching with weekly training
and match play, we
also provide advancement and development for junior teams from
(U10 & up to U15).
ASCO provides and offers some of the best coaching possible with its multi skilled
team of
trainers and coaches. As a club we are committed to develop the next
generation of
netball players as well as providing training and
coaching for umpires.

2011 Tournament Season
It is that time once again which we have all been waiting for and that is the start of the 2011 Netball Club Tournaments. Like previous years past ACSO has entered teams into many of the tournaments that take place both in Hertfordshire, Essex, Sussex and Buckinghamshire.
This year we will be entering into 9 tournaments across the different age groups, starting from under 10’s right up to the
under 16’s.
Let’s hope that like last year, ASCO will have a great tournament season and we will do well in many of the tournaments that we will be taking part in.

GETTING FIT IN 2011 WITH ASCO
Diversity Project for women who normally do not participate in Sports.
Why not make that change and take part in Diversity for the start of 2011. Be active and get fit plus feel healthy whilst having fun at the same time in sports. Diversity is ideal for all women especially for those women that don’t always have the time for sporting activities.
