1. Incorporation of Privacy Policy
1. ASCO NETBALL CLUB (‘ASCO NC') is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and the ASCO NC is compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. This Privacy Policy (‘Privacy Policy') explains how the ASCO NC uses the information the ASCO NC collects about you and the procedures that the ASCO NC has in place to safeguard your privacy.
2. By using the ASCO NC website http://www.asconetballclub.co.uk (‘Website'), you consent to the ASCO NC using the information the ASCO NC collects about you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy, do not continue to use the Website.
